FILTER
ELEMENTS
TECNOCOMP industrial
filter elements are particulary suitable for the separation and the collection
of dry powders. The filtration operates from the outside to the inside
of the filtering surface, ensuring the entire flow of the air. The removal
of separated powders is obtained by a spout of compressed air through
a "Venturi" or a turning cleaning device, which drives the air
from the inside to the outside. Moreover, unlike pocket filters, cylindrical
ones with pleated filter media, (paper, polyester, polypropilene) offer
the advantage of a big working surface with a structural reduced volume.

COMPLETE LINE FOR A WIDE RANGE OF APPLICATIONS
TECNOCOMP dust collection
filter elements are project for many applications, ensuring the observance
of emission values for environment defence, a high protection of work
places as well as the opportunity to recover the product in:

TECNICAL
DATA
- Working temperature:
from +5 up to +140° C special versions up to +180° C.
- Separating efficency:
according to BIA trials (GERMAN INSTITUTE OF PROFESSIONAL ASSOCIATION
FOR SAFETY ON WORK) with aerosol test 3 (quartz powder) the medium value
of passage is 0,05%.
- Cleaning of elements:
counter-current compressed air at 4 ÷ 6 bar.
STRUCTURAL
FEATURES
- Expanded rubber
gasket 15% shore
- Upper and bottom
cover: galvanized steel 6/10 or painted steel 6/10 with epoxy paint;
aluminium die-casted flange fast connector: the simple fixing of the
aluminium flange allows the assembly of the element both from the inside
and from the top of the filter in few seconds; compact synthetic resins.
Steel covers, as well as flange, are glued to the pleated media by a
very resistant resin at high temperatures; in particular, this adhesive
is stable to the action of chemical agents.
- Inner liner in
galvanized steel 5/10, hole Ø 6,5 m/m, or in expanded steel 6/10.
- Filering media:
pleated media composed by resin impregnated cellulose, cellulose mixed
to synthetic fibres, polyester, anti static and metalized polyester.
- The special
pleating system guarantees the stability of the structure, by mantaining
its original shape for longtime, without loosing working filter area,
with relevant consequences on the efficiency and life of filter elements,
without adding any particular spacer.
- Spacing bands:
for cartridges whose height is more than 600 m/m, few spacing bands
are applied by a special adhesive both in order to guarantee that pleats
do not touch each other (as a consequence, filtering surface will stay
totally efficient) and to allow catridges to be stronger during cleaning
operations.
On request, Tecnocomp
is willing to manufacture filters with special dimensions, filter media
and junctions.
