BASIC EQUIPMENT:
Dry pressure and leakage
testing device is welded profile steel structure provided with:
- N° 1 indexing
table with n° 8 independent stations for testing thread, burst and
leakage of spin on filters variable from 1 to 30 cm³ per minute.
- Main cabinet made
of aluminium profile, zinc covered and painted metal sheet.
- Special device
to protect operators from noise.
- Self control system
of the station so to avoid any incorrect testing.
- N° 1 conveyor
belt equipped with a system for the selection of defective spin on filters.
- Precision pressure
sensor and gauge for the signal of leaking filters to the panel control.
- Tapping control
by n° 8 pneumatic motors in each test head.
- Manual loading
system, by screwing the filter under the testing head, and automatic
unloading system, by unscrewing and selection of the right filters from
the leaking ones.

indexing table: 1200 m/m.
- Capacity: up to
1200 filters per hour.

50 to 115 m/m

50 to 200 m/m

- Time of testing:
from 15 to 20 sec.
- Adjustable pressure
sensor from 0,3 to 3,0 mbar.
- Volume in the
pressure head while testing reduced to 200 cm³ and increasing of
1 mbar.
- In conformity
with CEE Directives 89/392, 91/368, 93/44, 93/68.

declaration of conformity according to the "Machine regulation"
