BASIC EQUIPMENT:

The bubble-test device is a welded profile steel structure suitable for horizontal (pleated filter elements) and vertical (winded filter elements and paper filtering discs) systems and provided with:

• Aluminium console board for controlling instruments.
• Stainless steel tank containing test-liquid. Filters are immersed for horizontal and vertical tests.
• N° 2 front doors.
• N° 2 holding shelves under the stainless steel tank.
• Moving walls on the right left and upper sides.
• N° 2 back doors.
• Checking group for pleated and winded elements
  • Pneumatic device for immersion, with manual filter rotation for horizontal test, provided with:
    • Controlling system of the pleated element (horizontal)
    • Controlling system of the winded element (vertical)
    • Flow indicator
    • Filter for water recycling
    • Water gauge
    • Conditioning unit composed by filter+reducer+lubricating device.
• Checking group for paper filtering discs
  • Stainless steel holder for paper filtering discs to be screwed on provided with:
    • Water gauge
    • Micro flow regulator for air emission through disc holder
    • Conditioning unit composed by filter+reducer+lubricating device.
