BASIC EQUIPMENT:
The universal burst
strength device is a welded profile steel structure suitable for testing
spin-on filters, provided with checking group for by-pass valves, composed
by:
- Front aluminium
panel complete with electronic group for data management (with pressure
transducer) and digital manometer with stop when max pressure is reached
during testing operations, manual and electronic pressure adjustment;
gradual pressure increase without picks; prearranged for electronic
printer connection (outlet wit RS/232 connector).
- Pressure gauge
for checking burst pressure anti vibration type in glycerine - DN 150
of 0/100 Bar - precision class 1.
- Pressure gauge
for checking calibration of by-pass valves anti vibration type in glycerine
- DN 100 of 0/10 Bar - precision class 1.
- Pressure gauge
for checking main control pressure anti vibration type in glycerine
- DN 63 of 0/100 Bar - precision class 1,6.
- Filter screwing
group complete of connection flanges and changeable inserts (filters
are screwed with thread up).
- Lexan safety guards
complete of automatic rise and descent.
- Oil collection
container.
- By-pass valve
checking group complete of pneumatic device for locking valves under
pressure with tank and transparent window in order to verify the quantity
of oil passing for a certain period of time.
- Main hydraulic
group complete of tropicalised engine and gear pump.

with flexible hoses for high pressures.
