BASIC EQUIPMENT:

• N° 2 steel tanks for ISO and POL provided with:
  • water conditioning system (cooling/heating system);
  • n° 2 solenoid valves for cooling water interception from water supply or from cooling device if installed;
  • n° 1 resistance holder (1000W with thermostat);
  • n° 1 mixer with multiple blades operated by a speed reducer 0,25 hp placed on the cover;
  • inner vertical scrapers;
  • insulating outer coating for keeping a constant temperature;
  • no. 1 set of valves on the bottom of the tank for lines scanning and product unloading;
  • no. 1 set of coupling for component loading , air depurging, manual component loading
    Ø 3".
• N° 1 stainless steel tank for solvent;
• Dispensing group composed by no. 2 double gear steel pumps, operated by no. 2 speed variators.
• Automatic temperature adjustment by hollow spaces with diving resistances and solenoid valves for conditioning liquid. Thermo regulators with displays which show directly the temperature of components.
• Security manometers for reading and checking component pressure.
• Air manometers for pneumatic feeding control of each component and pressure control of solvent.
• Electric console board provided with pilot lights, cycle selectors, emergency buttons, pump start, no. 8 electronic digital timers for pouring and door lock switch. Pour can be manually operated. Washing can be semi-automatic or automatic.
• Pre-flow valves for advance adjustment, assembled on head.
• Batching head with recycling by no. 2 independent valves operated by pneumatic cylinder.
  • Air mix adjustment by micrometric valve.
  • Pouring and washing solenoid valves.
  • By-pass valve for emergency washing in case of black-outs.
  • Mixer at 4 stages.
  • Console board including emergency button, pouring, washing and air buttons and pneumatic cloche for head positioning. Arm with rotation angle of 180°.
