BASIC EQUIPMENT:

Structure provided with:

• Couple of knives for the pleating process of filter media such as cellulose and synthetic fibre, polyester, filter paper and thin metal meshes.
• Heating plate for the fixing of the folds at their bottom part and electronic temperature control through a thermo regulator (on request, upper and bottom pre-heating plates).
• Folds marking system composed by an airbrush and an electronic impulse counter.
• Hatching cutter provided with n° 18 couples of circular knives and automatic device for the feeding and the stop of filter paper.
• Reel holder and paper slides.
• Fast and easy change of pleat height (about 1 min) with hydraulic locking system.

• Maximum height of the pleat m/m 50.
• Minimum height of the pleat m/m 8.
• Folding speed depends on the type of paper used and on pleat height. Approximately, it is possible to give the following information:
  • with a pleat m/m 50 height, speed is about 60/70 pleats per minute;
  • with a pleat m/m 25 and less till m/m 8, speed is about 100/110 pleats per minute.
• Adjustable pleating speed by inverter
• Electrical system 380 Volts, 3 phases, auxiliary voltage 24 VAC.
• Engine power 1,1 Kw + 1,5 Kw for each heating plate
