BASIC EQUIPMENT:
Pleating machine for
minipleat provided with:
- Marking roller
group composed by marking shaped steel blades and elastomer anvil.
- Dragging roller
group completely covered with elastomer.
- Roller group for
pleat heights from 20 up to 180 m/m, by increasing 1 m/m each time from
20 to 60 m/m, 2 mm each time from 60 to 120 m/m and 4 mm each time from
120 to 180 m/m. The change of pleat height is made by substituting a
gear on the marking roller. This substitution allows the changing of
speed ratio between marking and packing rollers.
- I.e. by assembling
a 48 teeth gear, on marking roller, a 48 m/m pleat height is obtained.
- Pressure control
on marking rollers by thickness gauge with micrometric screw adjustment
; successively it is possible to verify through a dial gauge on request.
- Paper sliding
cylinders: light adjustment during the assembly phase with the exception
of the bottom roller, by different and well defined positions according
to the cooling of hot-melt adhesive.
- Speed adjustment
of the collection layer by inverter with its potentiometer.
- Adjustment of
the vertical and horizontal positions of the collection layer by manually
controlled screws.
- Folds marking
system composed by an automatic pneumatic control airbrush and an electronic
impulse counter.
- Pleat distance
is constant thanks to the application of Hot-Melt bands on both sides
of the pleated filter element.
- Electronic control
speed variator.
- Reel holder for
reels max Ø 1000 m/m characterized by idle unwinding with loop
control through photocell.
- On request fast
reel substitution system.
- Longitudinal cutting
group composed by 3 couples of blades of whom n° 2 hatched and n°
1 continuous.
- Conveyor belt
composed by an electro-welded metal frame and by a conveyor motorized
layer, with adjustable speed synchronous to the speed of the pleating
machine; the group is assembled on adjustable feet for the correct levelling
of the machine to the paper outlet table.
- N° 2 Hot-Melt
dispensers composed by a melting and a pumping units: gear pump; continuous
current engine; PTFE coated ant adherent tank and new technology without
melting fumes, 18 litres, fast unloading, melting capacity with EVA
adhesives from 1200 mps at 160°C of 13 kg/h, with sequential heating;
automatic protection against over temperature; temperature adjustment
of the manifold tank; 99 programs to be memorized, distribution program
of glue by drops, starting and final correction program of the glue
distribution, glue distribution control by encoder and timer; no. 2
dispensing guns at 21 modules, axle base 30 m/m, with no. 4 solenoid
valves, filter and connection; no. 8 thermo regulated tubes; n°
1 encoder.
- Hot-melt nozzles
assembled on adjustable holder in height and depth.
- Manual cut of
filter packs.

height: indicatively, with a 50 mm pleat height, speed is about 80 pleats/minute,
