BASIC EQUIPMENT:

Machine for the production of aluminium pleated spacers used in the manufacturing of micro glass fibre absolute filters composed by three main groups:

• Unwinding group for aluminium reel:
  • reel unwinding holder motorized with brake, return sensor of the aluminium band for the auctioning of unwinding engine, transmission roller for aluminium band enrichment, set of sliding rollers, end band sensor for unwinding system stop.
• Dragging group for band profiling:
  • profiler holding plate,
  • n° 4 side profiling slides,
  • n° 4 central spacers for the production of n° 2 different sizes of spacers,
  • rubber dragging rollers with motorization,
  • arricchitore nastro ad ansa con sensore di fine corsa,
  • band enriching system by loop with end-stroke sensor,
  • photocell for the detection of band presence for rubber rollers auctioning,
  • set of band sliding rollers.
• Pleating, cutting and unloading group of the finished spacer:
  • n° 2 pleating rollers motorized and equipped with fast changing system,
  • platform balance holder for the collection of finished spacers,
  • pneumatic cutting system,
  • flowing and pneumatic unloading layer,
  • cut control and unloading auctioning by moving.
• Console board complete with stroke counter.

• Spacer dimensions: n° 2 fixed widths, length up to 900 mm, n° 2 fixed heights (according to customer's needs).
• Pneumatic installation: 7 bar.
• Electric installation 220/380 V, three phase, 50 Hz, auxiliary voltage 24 V.
• Weight: Kg 350.
• In conformity with CEE Directives 89/392, 91/368, 93/44, 93/68.
